(Nasdaq:SCYX) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock, including pre-funded warrants to purchase common stock in lieu of common stock for certain purchasers. All of the shares of common stock and warrants in the offering will be sold by SCYNEXIS.
